Skills & Abilities: - Confident in color formulation (AVEDA Color knowledge is a plus but not required) -Confident in all basic haircuts of any length -Service timing 1-3.25 hours or less -Hair Extension knowledge is a plus -Ability to conduct salon branded consultations -Strong customer service/ relationship building skills What You’ll Be Doing -Providing expert hair services, including color, cuts, and treatments, tailored to each client’s needs. -Recommending and educating clients on at-home hair care to enhance and maintain their look. -Staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities. -Contributing to a positive and professional salon culture that fosters growth and creativity. -Collaborating with our team to ensure the best client experience from consultation to checkout. -Taking part in marketing efforts, such as social media features and salon promotions. -Working within Hair Society’s Three Pillars of Success—a proven framework designed to help you build toward becoming a six-figure stylist.
